Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Needed

You must be 17 or over and working towards a childcare, teaching, or coaching qualification. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. If you are passionate about creating a welcoming and fun environment for children, we can train you on everything else you need to succeed.

You should be caring, enthusiastic, talented, and enjoy working with children. The DL Kids Coach will host games, sports activities, and art sessions for members aged 3 to 12, both after school and on weekends. Our holiday club programs during school holidays offer fantastic sports camps for younger members to have fun and explore their physical sides. Hours will vary but will be at least 8 hours per week.
