Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Needed

You must be 17 or over and working towards a childcare, teaching, or coaching qualification.

Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential. If you aim to create a welcoming and fun environment for children, we can train you on everything else needed for success.

You should be caring, enthusiastic, talented, and love working with children. The DL Kids Coach will host various games, sporting activities, and art sessions for members aged 3 to 12, both after school and on weekends. Our holiday club programs during school holidays are fantastic sport camps for younger members to have fun and explore their physical sides.

Hours will vary, with a minimum of 8 hours per week.
