ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Retail Associate II, you will serve as a brand ambassador to provide exceptional customer service, contributing to the profitability and customer experience in the store. You will employ problem-solving and sales abilities to answer customer questions and make product recommendations while supporting company values to enhance service and teamwork. The Retail Associate II role is designated for those in the Key Holder Program.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, and availability; engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences (e.g., demonstrating merchandise, suggesting suitable options).
2. Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or inventory locations.
3. Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program connections) accurately and efficiently.
4. Contribute to store profitability by handling incoming and outgoing product flow accurately and efficiently.
5. Perform keyholder duties as needed, including opening and closing the store.

YOU HAVE

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 or fewer years of experience in a similar role or specialization.
• Skill operating POS systems, in-store computerized systems, and telephones.

JOB CONDITIONS

• Active environment requiring constant movement; may involve lifting items up to 40 lbs., using specialized equipment, and exposure to dust and noise.
• Occasional need to work in place.
• Ability to communicate clearly with others.
• Flexible schedule to support seasonal and trend-based business needs.
