Job summary

Screwfix is seeking a Divisional Portfolio & Asset Surveyor to support the performance of a regional property portfolio in the North. You will help manage lease events, optimise occupancy costs and identify value opportunities across multiple sites.

This remote role works with a UK-wide property team, focusing on the North region from Midlands to Scotland, and involves lease negotiations, portfolio analysis and active stakeholder engagement to deliver commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property, lease advisory, asset or estate management.
• Exposure to lease events and landlord negotiations.
• Experience in retail, occupier or multi-site property environments.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears and lease events.
• Prepare market evidence, portfolio analysis and decision-making reports.
• Maintain divisional lease event and asset management plans.
• Undertake selected lease negotiations directly and manage external advisers.
• Support dilapidations, landlord consents and wider estate management matters.
• Conduct site inspections and contribute to portfolio optimisation projects.
• Identify risks and opportunities that improve estate performance.
