Job description

UHDB is seeking a dynamic, influential, motivated, and improvement-minded senior clinician to join the Medicine Divisional Management Team (DMT) to develop and deliver managerial and strategic support to the Division and the wider Trust.

While the DMD leadership role is a 3-year fixed-term appointment with a renewable process, the Trust offers a substantive full-time position. The role includes up to 4 Direct Clinical Care/Supporting Professional Activities in the selected specialty.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for medical leadership and a drive to continually improve clinical services. You will collaborate with the DMT and Executive Board to develop a strategy for the Division to become an outstanding service provider across Derbyshire and Staffordshire.
