T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Divisional Head of Finance on behalf of a successful, multi-entity, business services company. This role is initially offered as a 12-month FTC with high potential to become a permanent role.
As Divisional Head of Finance, supporting the MD, you will be responsible for an £80million, multi-entity division within the Group. This role requires someone highly commercial who can act as a business partner at a senior level within a complex business to drive and influence business performance. Supported by a Finance Analyst, working as part of a matrix organisation, you will drive commercial decisions as well as being happy to ‘get into the detail’.
To be successful in the role of Divisional Head of Finance, you will have the following skills and experiences:
Salary: up to £100K plus bonus subject to experience.
Location: Midlands with UK travel.
Contract: 12 month FTC (high potential to become permanent).
