You will be responsible for managing relationships with our core suppliers including CNH, Lemken, Dalbo, Shelbourne Reynolds, Maschio, Richard Western, Hyundai, Thwaites, Bomag and Atlas Copco, and for overseeing the negotiation of commercial terms, stockholding strategies, and the marketing of all wholegood brands.

Working closely with CNH Brand Managers, Branch Managers, and a network of 30 Agricultural and Construction Area Sales Managers across our 20 branches, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and targeting customers to grow market share for CNH and all associated suppliers. A strong emphasis will be placed on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Success in this role will rely on strong integration with our Service and Parts departments to ensure a joined-up customer experience. During the harvest season, you will also oversee the Demonstration Team Manager, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues, and coordinating the release and return of loan machines for key accounts.

The successful candidate will be expected to uphold and further strengthen Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd’s reputation for reliable, honest, and effective sales and aftersales support.
