About the RoleAs Divisional Finance Officer, you’ll work closely with senior managers to provide expert financial analysis, planning, and insight. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for a portfolio of departments, supporting strategic decision-making and identifying opportunities for improvementYou’ll also manage discrete finance projects and contribute to continuous process improvement across the Division.   • At an advanced stage of a financial qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA)
  • Experienced in a management accounting role in a complex organisation
  • A confident communicator who can explain financial concepts to non-specialists
  • Skilled in Excel and familiar with financial systems (experience with Oracle Financials is a plus)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
