Are you ready to lead clinical excellence across a group of high-performing care homes?

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Divisional Clinical Development Nurse (Registered Adult Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse) to drive quality, mentor clinical teams, and improve care across complex care services throughout England.

You’ll assess clinical performance, lead improvement plans, deliver targeted training, and ensure full regulatory compliance—making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.

As a Divisional Clinical Development Nurse, you will cover a number of homes within your region, therefore ability and willingness to travel is essential.

Person specification:

  • Registered Adult Nurse (RN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
  • Experience in care home or complex care settings
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (including full driving licence)
  • Clinical leadership and mentoring strengths
  • A passion for improving care standards and outcomes
