As well as leading and developing a team, you will be supporting our clients across the South West with their recruitment needs covering Finance, Business Support, Office Administration and Human Resources.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading & coaching a team across Finance, Business Support, Office Admin & HR
  • Building and managing your own client relationships
  • Driving performance, mentoring consultants, and supporting business development
  • Partnering with wider leadership team to shape strategy and growth
