Division Director, Diversified Infrastructure, Real Assets

Our Diversified Infrastructure team within Macquarie Asset Management focuses on investments in Social Infrastructure, Circular Economy, and other core+ spaces. Operating across European markets, our team manages a diverse portfolio of companies, including healthcare facilities, to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

What role will you play?

As a senior leader in our Diversified Infrastructure team, you will drive Macquarie Asset Management's strategy in the healthcare and broader social infrastructure space. You will lead origination, business development, and asset management, reporting to the Head of the Diversified Infrastructure team. Your role will involve investing capital, managing assets, and representing Macquarie Asset Management on relevant boards and committees to ensure our portfolio companies achieve their investment.

What you offer

You will bring extensive experience (15-20 years+) in investment banking, private equity, or principal investing, with a focus on healthcare and/or social infrastructure. You will have board experience, either as a shareholder representative or independent non-executive director (iNED), and exceptional strategic planning, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organisation
