KFM Recruitment are excited to be supporting a well-established engineering business who are looking for an experienced Diving Engineering Project Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of challenging civil engineering projects across the UK, leading from enquiry through to successful completion.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of diving engineering projects
  • Plan, resource, and lead project delivery teams
  • Produce quotations, budgets, and cost plans
  • Prepare project documentation including Diving Project Plans, Method Statements & Risk Assessments
  • Ensure compliance, safety, and timely delivery within budget
  • Motivate and support project staff, handling challenges professionally
What You\'ll Need
  • Strong engineering/project management background (diving civils or related sector desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • Strong communicator, comfortable client-facing
  • Based in or willing to relocate to East Yorkshire
