Job Description:

Are you ready to lead meaningful change in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB)? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, technology-focused international law firm and help shape the future of inclusion across a global network.

This role is based in one of our clients' regional UK offices across Bristol, London, Manchester, Glasgow, or Edinburgh with hybrid working options. The salary range is competitive, between £48,000 to £58,000, depending on experience.

As a DEIB Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a refreshed DEIB strategy, developing localised plans for Business Services, and supporting leadership in achieving their DEIB goals. You’ll collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Policy teams to embed inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and delivery of localised DEIB plans
  • Support the creation of sub-agenda strategies (e.g. Social Mobility)
  • Embed DEIB across the employee lifecycle and internal policies
  • Co-create and deliver DEIB learning programmes
  • Influence inclusive procurement and supply chain practices
  • Use data to identify trends and measure impact

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven expertise in DEIB strategy and implementation
  • Experience working in international, evidence-based DEIB environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Understanding of DEIB in Learning & Development and policy contexts
