Essential Skills & Experience

Project & Process Orientation

• Comfortable creating and following structured methodologies to support recruitment workflows
• Strong project management skills, with a flexible approach tailored to Clyde & Co's environment rather than formal frameworks like Prince2
• Able to manage multiple priorities and drive progress independently

Data & Tech Confidence

• A keen eye for data quality and accuracy
• Confident working with spreadsheets and handling data sets
• Any experience with or enthusiasm for AI tools and applications is a bonus
