As part of this transformation around the centralisation of the Triage Desk, we are recruiting for a new permanent District Nursing Lead for the Triage Desk.
This role offers a unique chance to shape and lead a newly established team within the District Nursing service, driving forward the triage function and enhancing service delivery. Based in Abingdon and part of the South localities leadership team, we're seeking a self-motivated and flexible individual with strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for service development.
