Where you will be working
  • You will have the opportunity to work in one of our Primary Care Network (PCN) Teams covering Bexhill, Hastings/St Leonards, Rural Rother, Eastbourne, Hailsham & Seaford.
  • Ideally, you will be a car owner/driver; however, we also have access to pool and lease cars.

What you will be doing
  • A District Nursing qualification (DN SPQ) is an essential criteria.
  • Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans.
  • Managing a caseload with support of the Clinical Lead.
  • Line Management and leadership of a team of Registered Nurses & HCAs.
  • Our core service hours are 8am – 8pm, 7 days per week.
