Job summary

You’ll be a Registered General Nurse with leadership, teamwork and autonomous working abilities, hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and be prepared to work flexibly across a 7‑day rota.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with District Nursing experience.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Willingness to work flexibly across 8:00–22:00, 7 days per week.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, patient-centred nursing care to adults in their homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with GP practices, Integrated Neighbourhood Teams and health and social care partners to coordinate care.
• Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and autonomous working as part of the district nursing service.
