Job description

Opportunity for a Band 6 District Nurse. Suitable for trained District Nurses, but consideration will be given to postgraduate students undertaking an Advanced Practice DN academic programme.

The role requires the ability to work collaboratively and support others, demonstrating the pillars of an advanced practitioner, with a focus on influencing quality and maintaining high standards of patient care.

We seek a passionate, enthusiastic individual capable of providing advanced clinical, professional, and strategic leadership. The post holder will influence and drive forward Community Nursing. The Nairn and Ardersier Community Nursing Team aims to deliver the highest quality patient care and the best possible patient experience.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess in-depth knowledge of community nursing, and have excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills. This challenging yet rewarding position is within a well-established Integrated Adult Health and Social Care team.
