What You’ll Do:
As a District Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role across multiple locations, responsible for driving performance, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional results. Your mission will be to bring our brand to life in every store, every day.
Lead and inspire high-performing teamsacross your district, fostering a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. You’ll coach and develop your store leaders to bring out the best in their teams and create a positive, motivating work environment.
Build and sustain a culture of excellence, where both customer and employee experiences are top priorities. You’ll champion our values and ensure they are reflected in every interaction whether it’s with a guest or a team member.
Make strategic, data-driven decisionsto continuously improve financial performance, grow sales, and drive operational efficiency. You’ll analyze business trends, set clear goals, and implement action plans that elevate results across your stores.
Own the full employee lifecyclefrom attracting and hiring the right people, to developing emerging leaders, and ensuring high levels of retention. You’ll build bench strength and succession plans that keep your district thriving.
Uphold and elevate operational standardsby maintaining compliance, consistency, and a relentless focus on the customer experience. Your leadership will ensure that every store is clean, well-stocked, welcoming, and operating at peak performance.
What We’re Looking For:
To be considered, you must have at least2 years of proven experience managing multiple sites, ideally within thehospitalityorquick-service restaurant (QSR)sector.
