A leading field marketing agency in Ashford is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader to manage a team of merchandisers. You'll supervise merchandising tasks, ensuring high-quality service for well-known brands in retail. Ideal candidates should have experience in retail, be excellent communicators, and possess a UK driving license. This role offers 30 hours of work per week with flexible hours and great benefits.

We're looking for a Merchandising Team Leader based in the Ashford area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. We work across a variety of categories including: Books and Entertainment, Fashion, Grocery, Health and Beauty, Beers, Wines and Spirits, and Toys.
You'll be supervising and training your team to ensure they're delivering excellent service for our clients and delivering to agreed measures and deadlines. Merchandising tasks include setting up Point of Sale displays, checking stock levels and replenishing fixtures. Every day is different and rewarding! This role is ideal for experienced merchandisers looking to step up to the next level in your career.
The ideal recruitment area is within the Stapleford region, with the full area of responsibility inclusive of Bexhill on Sea, Hastings, Tenterden, Pembury, Folkestone, Tunbridge Wells, Pembury, Bybrook, Uckfield, Whitfield, Dover, Deal and Crowborough.
The contracted hours are 30 per week. As part of this role, you will conduct supervisory tasks for 12 hours per week at a rate of £12.70 and client merchandising tasks for 18 hours per week at a rate of £12.21.
