Overview

Location: Bristol daily – office based role

Salary: £40,000 – 47,000 base salary plus 30% bonus

  • Candidates must speak fluent English + one other language at business level, ideally Arabic, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, French or Spanish!
  • 100% account management of international distributors
  • 20-30% travel per month worldwide – can range from 3 days to 10

THE JOB – Working with distributors, clinicians, and educators to establish their needs for simulators which will help train the clinicians of the future! All this is achieved by consultative selling and building strong relationships with our customers.

  • Develop and execute distributor and country-level business plans to meet sales targets.
  • Influencing sales and monitoring performance through these partners
  • Targeted on the development and growth of existing customers
  • Strategically recruiting and onboarding new distributors to the network
  • Provide product training and commercial guidance to distributor sales teams
  • Supporting distributors in executing marketing campaigns and product launches

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED;

  • Distributor management experience in any industry
  • Must speak fluent English AND another language at business level – Arabic, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, French or Spanish would be ideal!
  • Happy to commute to the Bristol office daily
  • Can travel up to 30% of the month worldwide, with stays ranging from 2- 10 days.
