Job summary

Air Liquide UK Limited is seeking a Distribution Supervisor at the Coleshill site to support the Facility Manager in daily operations and oversee the safe distribution of packaged gases to customers. You will lead drivers and coordinate with key departments to ensure high quality, cost-efficient service.

The role requires knowledge of EU driving regulations and ADR rules, plus proven leadership in an industrial environment, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge & understanding EU driving regulations and ADR rules.
• Leadership experience in an operational management role in an industrial environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Demonstrable ability to cooperate with others with effective interpersonal skills.
• IT skills - working knowledge of ERP systems and use of PCs and associated software.
• Good geographical knowledge of the distribution area.

We are looking for a Distribution Supervisor who will support the Facility Manager with the day to day activity at the Coleshill site, with a primary focus on the safe distribution of our packaged gas products to our internal and external customers, The distribution will establish a strong working relationship with various key departments, whilst leading the team of drivers to toward a culture of delivering a high quality product in a safe and cost effective and customer centric manner.
