Blackfinch Group is expanding its Distribution Sales Support team in Elkstone, Gloucestershire, operating in a hybrid setup. You will assist External BDMs, Events and Client Excellence, delivering professional customer service to external adviser clients and supporting business development managers with structured processes.

Qualifications

• Previous office and administrative experience, ideally within sales support.
• Experience with data and Microsoft Excel to a high standard.
• Power BI and HubSpot desirable, training provided.
• High level of attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach.
• Excellent telephone manner and engaging communication on the phone.

Responsabilités

• Arrange meetings for External BDMs, generate illustrations for potential investments and follow up on queries.
• Follow up meeting requests, emails and illustrations.
• Support External and Internal BDMs with administrative tasks.
• Gather data for strategic contact lists and for analysis by the Distribution Team.
• Support leadership with data and presentation generation, and provide reports when required.
• Assist Client Excellence and the Events Manager when required.
• Seek ways to improve knowledge, skills and processes.
• Support events colleagues with preparation and follow up tasks.

Job Summary

We are expanding our Distribution (Sales) team and are now looking for 2 Distribution Sales Support colleagues to join us!

As Distribution Sales Support colleague you will provide support to the Distribution, Events and Client Excellence Teams. You will be providing a professional and courteous customer service to our external adviser clients and supporting the External Business Development Managers, through an efficient and structured approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange meetings for External BDMs, generate illustrations (for potential investments) and follow up on outstanding queries via the telephone or email.
• Complete follow up meeting requests such as sending emails and generating illustrations.
• Supporting External Business Development Managers and Internal Business Development Managers with administrative tasks.
• To gather data for strategic contact lists and for analysis by other Distribution Team members.
• To support the leadership team with data and presentation generation, and to provide reports when required.
• To assist Client Excellence and the Events Manager when required.
• To seek out ways to improve knowledge, skills and processes.
• Supporting our events colleagues with preparation and follow up tasks.

Skills & Experience

• Previous office and administrative experience, ideally within sales support.
• Previous experience of working with data and using Microsoft Excel to a high standard
• Previous experience using Power BI and Hub Spot would be desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
• You will have a high level of attention to detail and work in a structured and methodical manner.
• You understand data, its importance and how it can be analysed.
• You will have an excellent telephone manner and able to communicate in an engaging way on the telephone

Qualifications

• Good level of secondary education.
• To either hold or be prepared to achieve during your first 6 months the CF1 or R01 qualification (on a sponsorship basis)
