Job summary

CPL Group, in partnership with ALMAC Group, is recruiting for a Distribution Operator to join on a temporary, night-shift contract at the ALMAC Global Headquarters in Craigavon. The role focuses on picking, processing orders, and inventory management within a controlled distribution environment.

Pay rate starts at £13.47 per hour with a 33.3% shift premium to £17.96 per hour. 37.5 hours weekly, night shift 23:30–07:30 (Sun–Thu). 34 days holiday per annum and a GMP-compliant work setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Distribution/Warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Responsibilities

• Complete all Distribution activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure Distribution facilities are clean and clear.
• Handle all material carefully and in the correct manner.
• Ensure correct picking of material for all Distribution Orders.
• Process Distribution Orders per Distribution Instructions with minimal supervision.
• Retrieve material from outside Warehouses efficiently.
• Perform receipt of material into Distribution and locate accordingly.
• Complete all Inventory Management tasks as appropriate.
• Organise Distribution activities for efficient and secure completion.
• Perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in Distribution/Inventory systems.
• Undertake additional duties as designated by superiors.
• Complete all documentation in line with cgMP, SOPs and distribution instructions.

Distribution Operator - Clinical Services - Night Shift

CPL have partnered with ALMAC Group to recruit for a Distribution Operator to join their team on a temporary, on-going contract.

Pay Rate - £13.47 p/h plus applicable Shift Premium 33.3% - £17.96

Location – ALMAC Global Headquarters, Craigavon

Benefits – 34 days holiday per annum

Hours – 37.5 hours per week

Shift - Night Shift - 23.30 - 7.30 am (Sunday - Thursday)

To be responsible for the effective picking and processing of Distribution Orders. The role also extends to include receipt of material into Distribution and overall inventory management.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

The post holder will:

1. 1. Complete all Distribution activities in accordance with SOP’s
2. 2. Ensure Distribution facilities are clean and clear
3. 3. Handle all material carefully and in the correct manner
4. 4. Ensure the correct picking of material for all Distribution Orders
   • a. Be proficient in picking across the full range of Distribution Protocols
   • b. Demonstrate the ability to pick requiring minimum of supervision
   • c. Produce consistent satisfactory output in line with department expectations
   • d. Maintain quality standards in line with department expectations
5. 5. Process Distribution Orders in accordance with Distribution Instructions
   • a. Demonstrate competency and confidence in processing a wide range of orders
   • b. Demonstrate the ability to process requiring the minimum of supervision
   • c. Produce consistent satisfactory output in line with department expectations
   • d. Maintain quality standards in line with department expectations
6. 6. Retrieve material from outside Warehouses in an efficient manner
7. 7. Perform the receipt of material into Distribution and locate accordingly
8. 8. Complete all Inventory Management tasks as appropriate
9. 9. Organise all Distribution activities to ensure efficient and secure completion
10. 10. Perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems
11. 11. Undertake additional duties or specific tasks as designated by superiors
12. 12. Complete all documentation in compliance with the principles of cGMP, SOP’s and the Distribution Instructions

EXPERIENCE:

Previous Distribution/Warehouseexperience
