Müller UK & Ireland is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our Wolverhampton Depot to manually pack milk, move goods, and support daily distribution operations.

You will rotate stock, check date codes, follow SOPs, maintain hygiene standards, and work with others to meet output targets in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive pay and benefits.

We are recruiting forWarehouse Operativesat ourWolverhampton Depotwithin the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.

The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys and move and empty them across the Chill. Working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.

• Contract– Full Time / Permanent
• Location
• Shifts– Monday
• Friday -5on 2off, day shifts 06:00am until 14:30am

Rate of Pay –

• Base rate: £13.17 per hour (plus below premiums)
• 1.5x Overtime: £19.76per hour
• 1.25x Saturday: £19.76per hour
• 1.5x Sunday: £19.76per hour
• 23% uplift for unsociable hours worked between 6PM – 4AM: additional £3.03per hour

Warehouse Operative Role & Responsibilities:

• Load and unload inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Rotate stock and check date codes.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, risk assessments and PMS.
• Maintain quality control to meet customer and product standards.
• Uphold hygiene and environmental standards (clean as you go).
• Operate equipment efficiently to meet required output.
• Replenish materials as needed.
• Support and deliver job-related training to colleagues.
• Communicate effectively within and outside the department.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as required.

Warehouse Operative Key Skills & Experience

• Relevant experience in a similar role is desirable
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills
• A positive thinking and self-motivated individual
• An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
