Were looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to take full ownership of our 250,000 sq. ft. distribution centreensuring the seamless flow of goods to our expanding network of retail stores and e-commerce customers. This is more than logistics; its about leading a high-performing team and driving operational excellence across a diverse and dynamic product range.

Key Responsibilities:As Distribution Manager, you will:

  • Inspire and leada dedicated team across inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfilment operations.
  • Oversee distributionof a broad retail product mixfrom homeware and horticulture to seasonal lines.
  • Champion safety and compliance, ensuring all legal, health & safety, and company standards are met.
  • Drive efficiencythrough continuous improvement, cost control, and process optimisation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionallywith HR, retail, buying, and e-commerce teams to align stock and staffing needs.
  • Manage KPIs and reporting, using data to inform decisions and improve performance.
  • Scale operationsto meet seasonal peaks, such as gardening season and Christmas.
