About the Distribution Key Account Manager role:

As a Distribution Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of distributor buying accounts, growing sales and profit by leveraging our product categories and strengthening relationships with distribution partners and their customers.

About the Team:

The successful candidate will manage distributor accounts in our prioritized segments, focusing on growth and profitability through strategic relationship management and market understanding.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver year-on-year growth in the assigned territory in line with budgeted expectations
  • Develop and implement journey plans to maximize end user engagement
  • Manage and develop distributor accounts with in-depth knowledge of their market sectors
  • Coordinate marketing programs with clear ROI KPIs, attend exhibitions and trade shows as needed

Experience required:

  • Knowledge of sales budgets, profit margins, and influencing tactics
  • Proven ability to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
