Distribution Director | Private Markets

Pearse Partners has been mandated by a growing private markets fund to hire a Distribution Director to join their institutional sales team. The fund manages over £1bn across Private Debt and Private Equity strategies. This role will be responsible for managing the fund’s UK institutional relationships, with a focus on LGPS clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage relationships with UK institutional investors, focusing on LGPS clients.
  2. Lead capital raising efforts for the firm’s private markets strategies.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to refine investor outreach and engagement.
  4. Collaborate with the institutional marketing team on sales materials, newsletters, brochures, and event planning.
  5. Maintain institutional client relationships in line with internal sales and client service best practices.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in institutional distribution, particularly within private markets.
  2. A strong network of UK Institutional investors.
  3. Deep understanding of private markets, ideally private credit and private equity products.
