Salary: A competitive salary from
£39,120 - £58,680 depending on experience

Our Distribution function plays a key role in exceeding targets across Adviser Platform and Workplace channels. We aim to enhance adviser and customer experiences, build strong stakeholder relationships, and develop best practices to increase volume and value across all product lines.
We seek a dynamic Distribution Delivery & Governance Consultant to join our team. This role covers all distribution channels and involves due diligence, risk, and governance activities. It offers exposure to senior management in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to contribute to various projects that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:Due Diligence:- Responding to Due Diligence questionnaires within deadlines.
- Liaising with subject matter experts for accurate responses.
- Reporting on adviser behaviour to the Adviser Due Diligence Governance Committee.
Distribution Delivery & Governance:- Supporting operational management, including reporting for the Executive Committee and ad-hoc distribution papers.
- Maintaining strong risk governance and regulatory compliance across Distribution.
- Managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Owning distribution input to projects and tracking progress.
- Developing and maintaining a central Distribution hub for information access.
- Providing regular reports on complaints, risk events, trading, and adviser behaviour.
Candidate Requirements:- Knowledge of Distribution and related regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to analyze problems, devise solutions, and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in operational risk management.
- Understanding of the market environment.
- Autonomy, initiative, and self-drive.
- Proficiency in creating reports and presentations for senior management.
