Salary: A competitive salary from £39,120 - £58,680 depending on the experience you can bring

We are seeking a dynamic Distribution Delivery & Governance Consultant to join our team. This role encompasses all distribution channels (Adviser Platform and Workplace (including Institutional) and is responsible for due diligence, risk, and governance activities. The role is fast-paced and demanding, involving a wide variety of activities, projects, and initiatives across the business. This unique role within Distribution offers exposure to senior management reporting in an exciting, fast-paced channel. You will have the opportunity to work across all distribution channels, contributing to a variety of projects and initiatives that drive the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Due Diligence:
Responding to Due Diligence questionnaires within agreed deadlines.
Liaising with subject matter experts to ensure accurate responses.
Reporting on adviser behaviour to the Adviser Due Diligence Governance Committee.
Distribution Delivery & Governance:
Supporting the Distribution Delivery & Governance Manager in operational management, including reporting for Executive Committee and ad-hoc Distribution papers.
Maintaining strong risk governance across Distribution and supporting regulatory requirements.
Managing multiple tasks/issues simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
Owning Distribution input to projects, ensuring sensible actions and tracking progress to completion.
Developing and maintaining the central Distribution hub for easy access to relevant information and documents.
Providing regular reporting on complaints, risk events, trading, and adviser behaviour.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Knowledge of Distribution and the regulatory framework underpinning our products and services.
Ability to analyse problems, devise solutions, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in operational risk management and risk processes.
Good understanding of the market in which we operate.
Autonomy, self-drive, and initiative.
Skilled at creating reports and presentations for senior management.
