Warburtons is seeking a Distribution Coordinator for our Ferrybridge depot in West Yorkshire. This part-time role supports the Distribution team with rota planning, vehicle coordination, and fleet data management during go-live.

Training will occur at Wakefield’s Tuscany Park before Ferrybridge goes live; a hands-on organizer who thrives in logistics will fit well. Responsibilities include schedule creation, route allocations, system maintenance, and coordinating with external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Confident using SAP, fleet systems, and document management tools.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
• A self-starter who can prioritise and manage their own workload.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Operator Licence Awareness trained, with knowledge of compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage rota schedules for all teams.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and route allocations.
• Maintain our Fleet Management System and ensure driver data is accurate and compliant.
• Support training and development activities across the Distribution team.
• Build strong relationships with external providers.
• Provide admin and coordination support to the wider Distribution team.
• Compile compliance reports for the site's leadership team.

Location: Ferrybridge (initial start and training at Tuscany Park, Wakefield until December OR when Ferrybridge goes live)

What You'll Be Doing?
