Hours: 7:00-16:00, 7:30-16:30, or 8:00-17:00
Contract: Maternity Cover - 12 Months


Main Duties:
Accurate and timely input of all customer orders
Cost-effective dispatch planning of customer orders, working closely with commercial, operations, and transport teams

Prompt response to customer enquiries and complaints

Support pre-planning for major contracts/schemes, particularly in production and transport capacity

Flexible cross-functional working as required

Clear communication between commercial, production, and haulage partners

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Skills Required:
Strong IT skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy

Curious and collaborative mindset with interest in cross-departmental processes

Excellent customer service abilities

Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail

Team-oriented with good communication and written skills

Previous experience in the industry is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided. Familiarity with the local geography is essential.
