Job description

Our current portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, including novel suspension systems for military application, innovative aircraft seating systems, a ‘last mile’ 18 tonne electric delivery truck and the design and delivery of a new hydraulic control system for a hypercar. Our portfolio covers engineering design solution projects that range in size and scope.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Distribution Centre Operative to assist in our Advanced Technology Distribution Centre. You will be part of a fast-paced, customer facing team, processing stock and parts and completing orders that will assist the workshop.

Key responsibilities:

  • To ensure that the following are processed in an effective and timely manner:-
    • The accurate picking of all outstanding orders, internal & external.
    • The booking in (via the company business system) of all external goods received (including inspection, return material authorisations, major units, etc).
    • Stores Helpdesk requests are processed within the time parameters as requested by our internal customers.
  • To ensure accurate accounting and filing of paperwork relevant to the stores.
  • To be fully conversant with the company business system in all areas relating to the stores.
  • Assist in carrying out the Stores month end routines.
    • Produce any reports required by the department management team on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Our ideal candidate will have worked in a similar position previously, be highly computer literate and have an eye for detail. You will have a can-do attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
