Thames Hospice, based at Bray Lake in Maidenhead, has been serving the community for over 36 years. We provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care, along with vital support for patients' families.

We are seeking a Distribution Centre Assistant Manager to join our Retail team. The role involves managing the daily operations of the warehouse, receiving and processing donated stock, and distributing to our retail shops. This position is ideal for an experienced individual with a background in warehouse or distribution environments.

The successful candidate will embody our culture, lead and motivate the team with positivity and enthusiasm, and drive performance towards targets. Strong customer service skills, planning, and organizing abilities are essential, especially in managing rotas against delivery schedules.
