Position Overview

The Next Generation Transformation (NGT) ERP+ Program aims to implement new technology solutions and business processes to enhance competitiveness. The program involves creating transformation plans, defining future operations, planning system implementation, and designing, testing, and deploying new systems. The Lead, Logistics - Distribution Business Process Lead, will be part of this team within the Global Logistics Business Process Stream, focusing on global distribution center processes using SAP S/4 Hana and edge applications. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence one of Ralph Lauren's largest investments in the next decade, with travel and regional collaboration required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the target operating model for distribution centers, utilizing SAP S/4 Hana and edge applications.
• Represent distribution center processes globally, collaborating across regions to incorporate requirements and regional expertise.
• Participate in global design phases, developing adaptable processes for worldwide and regional operations.
• Leverage SAP functionalities to optimize processes, reducing manual tasks and supporting edge systems.
• Identify process or technical gaps in the TO-BE solution and develop mitigation strategies.
• Act as a transformation champion, embracing change enthusiastically.
• Develop an agile testing approach that integrates edge systems, creating a standardized method across systems.
• Communicate effectively, including preparing concise executive summaries.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience, managing strategic initiatives.
• Deep expertise in distribution center operations within a global fashion or consumer goods environment, including inbound receipt, audits, inventory management, order fulfillment, and bonded warehouses.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Ability to engage with and influence senior executives confidently.
• Pragmatic problem solver, capable of multitasking and making decisive decisions under pressure.
• Strong strategic vision with a hands-on approach to achieving results.
• Experience with systems such as ERP, OMS, WMS, WCS, WES, LMS, and YMS used across distribution operations.
