OVERVIEW | Distribution and Marketing Compliance Manager

This role plays a key part in supporting regulatory compliance and risk management across marketing, distribution, and client onboarding activities within an international asset management business. The focus is on helping ensure that materials, processes, and controls across these areas meet regulatory standards and are aligned with the business's risk appetite.

You will be involved in interpreting and applying UK/EU rules around fund distribution, marketing oversight, and onboarding frameworks—advising the business, reviewing materials (including RFPs and presentations), supporting policy and supervision frameworks, and managing change-related governance.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of asset management distribution and a practical grasp of regulatory frameworks. It is a broad role with both advisory and oversight responsibilities, spanning day-to-day business support and longer-term governance initiatives.
