Job summary

You will work across the full stack, tackle complex technical challenges, explore open-source technologies, and collaborate with the Martech and PAM Platform to enable dynamic reward features; hybrid work option is available.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with web client or server-side development.
• Proficiency with Golang, TypeScript, React, SQL, Kafka or Apache Flink.
• Background delivering software in continuous change environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance developer productivity.
• Clear technical communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven grasp of modern software development methodologies and engineering practices.
• Understanding of automation, CI pipelines and developer tooling.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop low-latency, highly available and scalable software solutions.
• Build concurrent, distributed components capable of handling high transactional volumes.
• Maintain and enhance the existing codebase to ensure continuous reliability.
• Identify technical improvements to modernise architectures and workflows.
• Contribute to solution proposals and system design discussions.
• Produce realistic work effort estimates for technical deliverables.
