Triumph Consultants Ltd in Bristol seeks an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to support housing disrepair claims, identify defects in residential properties, and provide technical advice on required repairs.

You will prepare repair specifications and technical reports, assess liability, and monitor remediation work from inspection to post-inspection, coordinating with clients and legal teams. Contract is for six months, with potential extensions depending on client needs.

Formación

• Relevant qualification in Building Surveying, Construction or related subject.
• Experience surveying residential properties and identifying defects.
• Knowledge of building construction, repairs and maintenance.
• Experience preparing repair specifications and technical reports.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Triumph Consultants are looking for an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to support their client to investigate housing disrepair claims and identify defects in residential properties. You will provide technical advice, specify repair works and support the resolution of legal disrepair cases. Contract is for 6 months in Bristol BS4 3EZ.

Key requirements

• A relevant qualification in Building Surveying, Construction or a related subject.
• You have experience surveying residential properties and identifying building defects.
• You have good knowledge of building construction, repairs and property maintenance.
• You have experience preparing repair specifications and technical reports.
• You have strong communication and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose issues such as damp and mould, leaks, roofing and structural defects.
