Job summary

The Oyster Partnership is seeking a capable housing disrepair lead to take a lead role in service delivery within social housing projects. The role focuses on managing damp, mould and disrepair cases, carrying out inspections and preparing specifications of work to resolve issues quickly and compliantly.

You will monitor contractor performance, ensure compliance with statutory timescales, and support service improvements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housing disrepair management.
• Experience with legal interfaces in disrepair claims.
• Awareness of Awaab's Law preferred.
• Strong inspection and contractor management skills.

Responsibilities
