Disrepair Supervisor needed in Bristol

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of approximately 15 case handlers managing disrepair claims across owned housing stock.
  • Ensure responsive repairs are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
  • Provide expert technical advice on housing matters including FOIs, SARs, EIRs, Ombudsman reports, and litigation claims, acting as an expert witness in court when required.
  • Focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and value for money.
  • Supervise administrative staff, oversee case progression from claim to completion.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, hybrid working environment with a minimum of 50% office presence.
