The Vacancy

We have an opportunity for a Disrepair Scheduler to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Brixton office on one of our social housing contracts, delivering planning for our reactive maintenance appointments.

Key Accountabilities will include:
  1. Scheduling works into diaries for up to 20 operatives daily, ensuring diaries are full and immediate attention is given to allocating work to operatives when they become free.
  2. Checking the system for emergencies and managing within a timely manner to ensure targets are met.
  3. Responding to telephone variations by seeking approval from the duty surveyor so operatives may continue on the site through to completion.
  4. Providing a high-quality service to our client on a face-to-face basis.
  5. Working within a team to achieve goals and targets, with a minimum of 60 new order allocations per day.
We are looking for you

to have relevant experience gained from working in a similar industry and environment.
