Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy Commercial Disputes & Claims team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload and will involve handling claims from straightforward liability matters to more complex disputes for clients across sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ PQE in handling disputes, particularly in liability defence, and will be skilled at delivering clear, tailored advice.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ PQE in handling disputes.
• Experience defending liability claims.
• Ability to provide written and oral advocacy for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload across disputes and claims.
• Defend claims in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts.
• Assist senior team members on more complex claims while building expertise.
