I’m working with a highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to its Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. This is a rare opportunity to handle complex, high-value domestic and cross-border disputes for an enviable client base, with a clear route for career progression – including partnership potential for the right candidate.

About You

You’ll be a Senior Associate-level Dispute Resolution / Commercial Litigation Solicitor with strong experience in some or all of the following areas:

• Professional indemnity disputes
• Construction disputes
• Breach of warranty and shareholder (s.994) claims
• Commercial contract disputes
• Insolvency disputes
• Fraud and asset recovery
• Intellectual property disputes
• International arbitration

You’ll have excellent technical ability, a commercial mindset, and the resilience to handle complex cases across multiple sectors, from financial services, automotive and logistics, through to leisure, fisheries and FMCG.

This role will particularly suit someone who has:

• The ability to run and grow their own caseload while collaborating on larger matters
• Experience supervising and developing junior team members
• Either a following of clients/referrers or a proven track record of winning new business
• The ambition to progress their career towards partnership

The Role

You’ll join a well-structured team that includes Partners, a Legal Director, Associates, and junior lawyers, giving you the chance to work closely with senior colleagues while mentoring others.
