Dispute Resolution Solicitor (0-3 PQE) - Bournemouth

Award-winning law firm are looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious NQ Solicitor (0-3 years PQE) to join their growing Dispute Resolution team in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked department.

The Role
You'll play a key part in launching and growing the dispute resolution presence in Bournemouth. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and taking initiative.
You'll work across a broad range of disputes including:

  • Contract and commercial disputes
  • Shareholder and director issues
  • Property and landlord/tenant matters
  • Contentious probate
  • Debt recovery and insolvency
  • Injunctions and urgent asset recovery
  • County Court and High Court litigation
  • Mediation and alternative dispute resolution


You'll have the opportunity to handle your own caseload, support senior colleagues, and gain wide exposure to high-quality work for both individuals and well-known businesses.

Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have or be developing:

  • NQ - 3 PQE with experience in a wide range of dispute resolution matters
  • Strong legal research skills
  • Confidence working under pressure and to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Great time management and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and comfort using case management systems
