Overview

Dispute Resolution Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Warwickshire, £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE). This opportunity is for an ambitious solicitor with a real passion for dispute resolution. JOB REF: TL1247

Responsibilities

• Hold a varied property litigation caseload including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant matters.
• Operate within a recognised team in Warwick, contributing to case work with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment and maintain high professional standards.
• Travel between offices may be required; access to a car is preferable.

Qualifications

• Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE and experience in property litigation.
