Dispute Resolution Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Warwickshire, £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE). Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking for a new role? This opportunity will suit an ambitious individual with a real passion for this area of law. Job Ref: TL1247

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied property litigation caseload including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant matters.
• Work within a recognised team in Warwick; contribute to the firm’s development through high-quality work and collaboration.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Travel between offices where required; access to a car is preferable.
• Utilise flexible and hybrid working options where available.
