Qualifications

• 1 an d'expérience en tant que solicitor en résolution de litiges.
• Connaissance en contentieux commercial et en litige immobilier.
• Expérience en plaidoyer au tribunal avantageuse mais pas essentielle.

Key responsibilities for the Dispute Resolution Solicitor include:

• Managing all litigation and dispute resolution matters efficiently from start to finish
• Handling assigned casework promptly and with attention to detail
• Ensuring timely recording of all billable hours and overseeing billing and payment processes
• Managing routine correspondence, negotiations, and advocacy where appropriate
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive client service
• Analysing legal issues and advising clients on the best course of action
• Demonstrating knowledge and experience in property litigation (landlord possession claims, disrepair, tenancy disputes, leasehold issues, service charge disputes, and breaches of lease covenants)
• Possessing experience in commercial litigation including contractual claims
• Advocacy experience at county court or tribunal is advantageous but not essential
• Working with privately paying clients including individuals and small to medium-sized businesses
• Showing willingness to engage in business development activities
• Maintaining a strong track record of building and sustaining client relationships
• Supporting the continued growth and success of the dispute resolution team
