Do you want to work on complex, High Court litigation matters?

This is an opportunity to work on a mix of high-quality, interesting litigation cases, including:

1. Contractual disputes
2. Property litigation
3. Professional negligence
4. Fraud

The firm has the right structure to support a 2-5 PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor. The team comprises 3 Partners, 1 Senior Associate, junior Associates, Paralegals, and Trainees. You will be positioned comfortably in the middle of this team, receiving support from below and supervision from above.

Most Partners have backgrounds from top 50 national law firms, ensuring supervision by leaders in their field who value a close-knit West End law firm environment. This setup allows for less red tape and more time with clients to solve their legal issues.

The firm has a strong reputation within the retail and hospitality sectors, working with national franchises, restaurant chains, and cafes. Additionally, you will work with HNW individuals, professional services firms, and large corporates.

Located in the heart of London’s West End, this full-service law firm has been established for over 25 years. Having recently undergone a rebrand, now is an exciting time to join as they focus on future growth.

This role requires being in the office 4 or 5 days a week.

What you’ll need

• 2-5 PQE as a Solicitor, qualified in England & Wales
• Experience in High Court commercial and property litigation
• Trained and retained within private practice
