Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Bournemouth

Working under a noted partner, you will have trained and gained experience elsewhere in an excellent team and managed files independently to conclusion.

You will be a motivated and driven individual with a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and claims within the County Court, along with knowledge of High Court claims and cost budgeting.

The caseload includes:

• Commercial Debt Recovery
• Construction Litigation
• Commercial Litigation
• Contractual Disputes
• Contentious Probate / Inheritance Act Claims
