Senior Associate – Dispute Resolution (Uxbridge) Top 50 UK Law Firm | Modern, Growth-Focused Environment

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate to join the Dispute Resolution team of a leading Top 50 UK firm based in Uxbridge.

This firm is known for doing things differently – embracing innovation, fostering a collaborative culture, and operating under a forward-thinking corporate structure rather than the traditional partnership model. The Opportunity Working within a high-performing national Dispute Resolution practice, you will handle a broad mix of complex and high-value litigation. The team acts across a range of sectors and has particular strengths in commercial, contractual, and franchise disputes. You will play a key role in significant group actions and arbitration matters, working alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of complex disputes including:
    • Franchise litigation
    • Warranty and shareholder disputes
    • Contractual and commercial claims
    • Large-scale arbitrations and group actions
  • Support senior colleagues and contribute to the wider Dispute Resolution and Franchise teams
  • Supervise junior team members where appropriate
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to deliver exceptional client service
  • Use technology and disclosure tools to enhance case management and efficiency

About You

  • Strong background in commercial and contractual litigation
  • Experience handling complex, multi-party or high-value disputes
  • Franchise or commercial agency litigation experience advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with Excel and Adobe
  • Experience with Relativity or a similar e-disclosure platform is highly desirable
  • Confident communicator with a commercial outlook and collaborative approach
  • Supervisory or mentoring experience beneficial

(The role is suited to those operating at a senior associate level or equivalent.)
